He argued that civilian casualties are exploited by Hamas for propaganda. Additionally, Khalil labeled Hamas as a terrorist organization, suggesting it serves the regional interests of Iran and Turkey. He also stated that Jews are indigenous to the land, having a 3,000-year presence, thus considering it their country.
