Alireza Panahian, a leading Iranian scholar and strategist, and the head of Supreme Leader Khamenei’s think tank for universities, spoke on a November 8, 2023 broadcast on Channel 1 in Iran. He discussed the strategic goals of Iranian Supreme Leader Khamenei, Hizbullah, the Houthis, and Hamas, focusing on their shared objective of dismantling Western civilization. This, he said, would be achieved through a sustained “war of attrition” targeting the region’s roots of Western influence. Panahian elaborated that simply destroying the State of Israel wouldn’t equate to eradicating Zionism, as he claims Zionists have assets and residences in affluent countries globally. He also forecasted that in a post-Israel scenario, protests against Israel would transform into broader demonstrations against the “Zionist Lobby” in Western nations. Additionally, Panahian encouraged the study of the Protocols of the Elders of Zion, controversially asserting its authenticity and predictive power over global events for the past 120 years.
